1st Meet - This Thursday at Eagle Watch

Our first meet is this Thursday at Eagle Watch.  Please see details below:

    Time:
Be ready to get in the water at 530.  I recommend arriving no later than 5p.  The earlier you get there the better for setting up your chairs.

ALL swimmer MUST check in with Coach Carter when you arrive.
ALL volunteers MUST check in with Jessica at the VOLUNTEER Table.  We will have a sign for that.

All coaches & board members will be in red Woodlands shirts so look out for those if you need anything or have questions.

    Pool Address:

3045 Club House Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189

Parking, Bullpen & Warm Ups from Eagle Watch:
We have quite a bit of parking at the pool, but we encourage our visiting teams to
carpool as much as possible. Please try not to park in the golf course parking lot unless
there is no other option. Curb parking should be a last resort. No one should park in a
fire zone, or on any grass areas. We will have a space blocked off for your coach and
coordinator. Our pool closes to residents at 4:00 pm, so we ask that visitors not enter
until after 4:45 pm, so we can continue our set up. Visiting team warm ups will begin at
    5:30 pm
. The meet will start at 6. I’ve attached a layout of the pool for your
reference. Also, please have your spectators bring chairs, because we do clear the pool
    deck.

    Timer Meeting:

The timer meeting will be at 5:45 pm at the computer table under the main pool pavilion
    by the baby pool.

    Concessions:

We will have Chick fil-a sandwiches & nuggets, pizza, Kona Ice, chips, drinks and candy
to buy at the meet. Our concession stand is CASH and CARD only.

    Visitor Bullpen

Please see attached map on where you can set up your bullpen and spectator area. If
you are setting up tents, we please ask that you set them up at least 4 feet from the edge
of the pool (behind the lifeguard stand) so the ref has room.

    Inclement Weather

If we hear thunder, we will ask all swimmers to get out of the pool and wait 30 minutes.
If we see lightning, we will ask all swimmers and guests to wait in their cars until the
danger has passed. We are willing to postpone the meet for an hour, but if the weather
does not cooperate, we will call the meet.

Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.
