- Practices are Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs - See Schedule for your child's scheduled time.
- Fun Fridays are the following Friday after reach meet from 9-10a (except the last meet that is on a Tuesday).. Donuts, Ribbons & Fun. This is not mandatory. It is a time for the kiddos to be proud of their accomplishments from the meet the day before and have some fun with their coaches and teammates. This is NOT a structured practice.
- Meets are on Thursdays EXCEPT last meet is a Tuesday.
- If you are not going to attend practice one day - you do not need to notify anyone. This is a super relaxed program. BUT I do want to tell you, your swimmer will get out of it what they put into it. The more practices the better they will get.

Agenda of New Parent Meeting (April 27th at 6p)
Practice Schedule
- Link to Practice Schedule
- Girls need to have 1 piece bathing suits on for practice.
- Please make sure hair is pulled back if you are not wearing a cap.
- We do not recommend swim shirts because they slow swimmers down BUT if your swimmer is not comfortable please make sure they are in a swim shirt and not a regular t-shirt.
- Please purchase good googles (and a few pairs wont hurt). Speedo, TYR are usually solid choices that will last (if kids dont lose them :)). ALL swimmers need to have googles on. Sams & Costco usually have a good price on 3 packs so check that out or amazon for good deals.
