Parking, Bullpen & Warm Ups:

Your warm-up time will be 5:30. The meet will start at 6. Your bullpen set-up will be on the pool deck, near the mushroom pool. (Refer to link for our pool deck https://woodmontwahoos.swimtopia.com/woodmont-pool-overview). We will have the zero entry pool blocked off with deck chairs so please be careful around it.

Please let your families know there is NO parking on Chadwyck Lane (the main road on that side of the neighborhood). We are already getting calls from residents who get angry and will try to have vehicles towed. We have a few overflow parking options.

1.Side streets off of Chadwyck (in green) - please be sure to go to the end of the street and turn around and then park on the side of the street. Please do not block driveways

2.Big Blue Marble Academy - they are located just before our neighborhood on the left and there is a sidewalk that connects their lot to our neighborhood (this is a good option for those coming a little later when the meet has already started).

3.Tennis Courts - located on the opposite entrance just a ways down on the right - also with a sidewalk to come across.

We will have golf carts patrolling the area to shuttle people to the pool. We will also have a cart to help following the meet.

Timer Meeting:

Let's do the timer meeting at 5:45 at the Volunteer table near the announcer/official tent.

Parent Relay:

Are you guys interested in another parent relay this year?

Concessions:

We will have Hamburgers/Hot Dogs, Kona Ice, chips, drinks and candy to buy at the meet. We accept Venmo or cash.

Bad Weather Plan:

We are hoping for great weather but if we have to battle some bad weather, the officials/lifeguard will make the call to delay the meet. If the meet is delayed and not expected to finish before 11pm, we will call it for that night. This is for the safety of our high school drivers. We will not leave until a final decision has been made to resume or reschedule as a virtual meet. Each coordinator is responsible for updating their respective team.
