Hi Parents!  

Our meet this week is at Eagle Watch.  Please see below with details regarding the meet.

Pool Address:  3045 Club House Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189

Warm Ups - Kiddos need to be ready to get into the water at 530p.  Below is a note from Eagle Watch regarding some housekeeping...........

Parking, Bullpen & Warm Ups:

We have ample parking so you should not have any issues finding a space. Our pool closes to residents at 4:00 pm, so we ask that visiting swimmers and family not enter until 5:00 pm, so we can continue our set up. Visiting team warm ups will begin at 5:30 pm. The meet will start at 6. I’ve attached a layout of the pool for your reference. Also, please have your spectators bring chairs, because we do clear the pool deck.

Timer Meeting:

The timer meeting will be at 5:45 pm at the computer table under the main pool pavilion by the baby pool.

Starts:

Our pool has 6 lanes.  Our pool is deep enough to dive from the blocks and all races begin at the blocks. 

Concessions:

We will have Chick fil-a sandwiches & nuggets, pizza, King of Pops, chips, drinks and candy to buy at the meet. Our concession stand is CASH and CARD only.

Visitor Bullpen:

Please see attached map on where you can set up your bullpen and spectator area. If you are setting up tents, we please ask that you set them up at least 4 feet from the edge of the pool so the ref has room.
