Location:

• 1007 Towne Lake Hills E, Woodstock, GA 30189

Time to be at Meet:

• Our warm-up time will be 5:30. The meet will start at 6.
• All swimmers need to check in with Coach Eve when they get there.

BullPen:

• Both bullpens are in a grassy area behind the lanes. We'll have some deck chairs and lane signs you can use. 
• Visiting team bullpen is set up on the patio behind the clubhouse.
• Remind kids to stay in BullPens to help eliminate the scramble of looking for your kids
• 6 and unders will be in 2-3 events (typically depending on stroke ability), 7 & overs will be in 4-5 events. Do NOT leave until your child has swam their last event!

Parking:

• From TLH: We should have plenty around our clubhouse and if necessary you can park on the side of Towne Lake Hills E. As long as there is no parking in the grass (which we have signs about) you are good.

Reminders:

• We will have Chick-fil-A, Papa John's, chips, drinks and candy to buy at the meet. We accept Venmo or cash.

• Remember to have towels & googles for your swimmers.

Volunteers:

• We still need volunteers. If your child is swimming please go and see what you can help us out with.
