Time to be at Meet:

• Please have your swimmers ready to get into the water at 4:45p
• All swimmers need to check in with Coach Eve when they get there.

BullPen:

• Visiting team bullpen is set up on the patio behind the clubhouse.
• Remind kids to stay in BullPens to help eliminate the scramble of looking for your kids
• 6 and unders will be in 2-3 events (typically depending on stroke ability), 7 & overs will be in 4-5 events. Do NOT leave until your child has swam their last event!

Parking:

• Please ask families to not park on the grass and to pay attention to the no parking signs. It is very important that cars do not double park on the street. If cars are double parked they will be towed. If you could please let your families know this in advance that would be great.
• We have limited parking and encourage people to carpool if possible.

Heat Sheets:

• Heat Sheet Posted!
• Please download the Swimtopia App, you can see your childs events, heats and lanes there. (Please note that some changes might take place so don't write your childs events until closer to the meet). This will be MUCH easier than printing a Heat Sheet. - If you want a printed heat sheet, you are responsible for printing, we will not have extras.

Reminders:

• Must have Cash or Card for concessions
• How to Read a Heat Sheet
• How to Mark Your Childs Arm
• Remember to have towels & googles for your swimmers.

Volunteers:

• We still need volunteers. If your child is swimming please go and see what you can help us out with.
