Hey Everyone -

Heat Sheets are posted! Please go to website and click on Swim Meets in the top bar. You will see 2 files:

1) Heat Sheet - This is the heat sheet we will follow while running the meet.

2) ABC order - This is something for you to use to easily figure out which events your child is swimming in.

Please PRINT YOUR heat sheets at home! We will not have ones available for you at the meet.

Important Info:

• There will probably be last minute changes, it always happen as hard as we try to plan ahead.
• If you are volunteering, there will be a 5pm meeting to discuss what your role entails and allow you to ask questions. Please meet at the volunteer check in table.
• All swimmers are to check in with Coach Eve when they get to the meet.
• We will be combining some events this year. ALL RELAYS will be combined So 6u Boys and Girls will swim at the same time, as will 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, & 13 and up. We will make LOTS of announcements.
• We will also be combining other events throughout the meet when possible to make the meets more time efficient. So make sure you and your kids are paying attention. They will only ever swim 1 event sooner than scheduled.
