New Swim Families Info:
1) Concession WILL BE open!! We will be grilling our this year! As well as have chips, drinks, candy & KONA ice. Please come hungry! We take cash & Venmo!
2) Parents are welcome on the pool deck! Thank you to ALL the parents who already signed up to volunteer! We have a few more spots open. Please remember we need all spots filled in order to run a meet. If there are still spots open when the meet starts we will have to ask parent spectators to volunteer to fill those roles.
3) If your child wants to wear a Woodlands swim cap, we will have those for sale at the meet as well.
For new swimmers, if you are wondering what to bring to the meet, here is a reminder from the registration letter:
- 2 towels, a blanket, a sharpie (to write your child’s events on them as a reminder of what they are swimming), a swimsuit (obvious?!), goggles, swim cap (if your child prefers one-not required) and a great attitude (these are the times your child will never forget).
- Parents please bring chairs to sit on as we typically clear most of the chairs out of the way to make room to maneuver around the pool during the meet.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. There are no dumb questions and I am sure you are not the only one with it. I will post anything else that comes up on the FB page, so please make sure you are a member on that page.
